Puzzles have always fascinated me as a child, in fact all of us.  There was something intriguingabout them. Maybe it wasabout finding the lost or about putting something to its rightful place, or about completing what’s incomplete or maybeit was about creating a perfect picture. The time and patience it took, was all worth it in the end.

As we have grown older with time, those colorful blocks are lost somewhere inside the trunk with other toys and figures. And now ahead of us, we see life itself as a great puzzle. All trying to create a perfect picture for themselves. All trying to figure out the missing pieces. But this time, there is no single picture-perfect image for all to imitate, it’s different for everyone. We don’t know what to make of the pieces in front of us. Because unlike the cardboard jigsaw puzzle, we don’t hold all the pieces at once. It all comes one after the other. Every little piece looks so good and exciting, some dark, some shady and some bright as the sun, but we don’t know which part goes where, we don’t know anything at all. The constant feeling of loss of time and hope has taken a deep place in our hearts. The sense of tiredness and impatience is now deeply embedded inside of us.

Have we not learned anything from those childhood puzzles? It took us hours to complete those scenery but we kept on thinking, kept on putting the wrong pieces until the right one fitted. We kept working on it no matter how much time it took. By placing every piece together we were one step closer, one step nearer to our destination.

So why can’t we handle life as a puzzle as well? A long mysterious puzzle waiting to be solved. We all are a piece of puzzle in each other’s life. Filling the emptiness in ours and other people’s life puzzle. And just like this, one piece can completely change the picture of our life forever.

In order to grasp this analogy of a jigsaw puzzle, we need to understand the way we look into life. A perspective, a different approach to truly understand our life and how to live it without being sad and beat. Just like piecing the puzzle is entertaining but difficult and frustrating at times, so is life. Although we have no idea what we are trying solve here but in the end it always is a worthy and rewarding experience. Each event in your life is a piece, connect the dots, and recollect your memories because we learned better than this.

Remember, we are not bound to make something perfect, we are born to make whatever we desire.
